At The Counselling Centre, we offer Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions designed to promote self-care, enhance overall well-being, and support mental health.
Interested participants will be invited to a welcoming introductory session to familiarise them with Trauma-Informed Yoga, highlight how it differs from standard yoga practices, and provide key details to help them feel confident and prepared as they begin their journey.
