The BREATHE programme is a sound exploration-based therapeutic experience designed to support adults who face challenges with emotional regulation, body awareness, and feelings of disconnection. This program combines the power of sound, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to help individuals develop essential self-regulation skills. Through a series of guided practices, participants will learn effective methods to manage their emotions and enhance their overall well-being.

Interested participants will be invited to a welcoming introductory session to determine if BREATHE is the right fit for you. During this session, we’ll assess your overall health and programme suitability while providing key details to ensure you feel informed, confident, and prepared to begin your journey.

  • Duration: 6-week cohort
  • Schedule: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Audience: Adults who face challenges with emotional regulation
