Intake appointments are available at The Counselling Centre to help initiate the counselling process.
During your intake appointment, you will meet with an Intake Officer to complete demographic information and essential paperwork outlining your rights and responsibilities in the counselling process. Additionally, you will complete a set of assessments to help determine the most appropriate services and therapist assignment. The intake appointment typically lasts 1.5 hours.
To schedule an appointment, please call us at 949-8789 during regular business hours. Once your intake is complete, we will arrange an appointment with one of our therapists.
