The Counselling Centre offers a range of group programmes tailored to address diverse needs. Participation requires an assessment and referral, which is coordinated by either an individual counsellor or an Intake Officer.
All group programmes are offered free of charge to residents of the Cayman Islands.
Persons struggling with acute symptoms of depression, PTSD, suicidal ideations, or self-harm should access Emergency Psychiatic Services at the hospital or call 911
