The Counselling Centre is dedicated to promoting, supporting, and enhancing mental health and well-being across our community. We proudly offer a range of free services to all residents of the Cayman Islands, including individual, couples, and group counselling.
Our primary focus is on short-term counselling, designed to address a wide variety of mental health concerns. These include depression, anxiety, addictions, interpersonal and family conflicts, adjustment challenges, loss, transitions, complicated grief, and both current and historical abuse or trauma.
At The Counselling Centre, we provide compassionate care built on a foundation of understanding and respect. Through counselling, our clients find renewed hope, reduce emotional distress, and experience meaningful personal growth as they work toward resolving life’s challenges.
Persons struggling with acute symptoms of depression, PTSD, suicidal ideations, or self-harm should access Emergency Psychiatic Services at the hospital or call 911
